More lawsuits against Porsche over the death of Paul Walker

Walker's dad, documented the claim asserting that the Porsche Carrera GT that his son was riding in needed security highlights that could have spared his sons life.

The claim refers to components incorporated into other pending claims against the car company over the accident that may have spared the actors life, including a security control framework, side-entryway fortifications and a breakaway fuel line to keep the auto from blasting into blazes after an impact.

Walker was on a break from shooting the seventh installment in the "Fast and Furious" franchise when he was involved in the car crash. He was riding in the Carrera GT driven by close friend and business partner Roger Rodas when he lost control, crashed and burnt on a road in Santa Clarita, California. The claim looks for unspecified harms.

Kristine, Rodas widow also has a pending case against Porsche in court, likewise recorded a wrongful demise claim against the car company in state court on Wednesday.

The auto organization has denied in different claims, including one documented by walkers daughter, responsibility for his death

On Nov. 12, Porsche expressed in a court documenting that the Carrera GT had been ill maintained and those components contributed to the deaths of Walker and Rodas.
